Emotion Switch is a unique solo performance event where participants showcase their acting skills by portraying different emotions in quick transitions. The challenge lies not only in expressing a single emotion convincingly, but also in switching seamlessly between contrasting emotions as directed by the judges. It’s a test of spontaneity, creativity, and emotional versatility on stage.

Note: Participants are requested to complete their registration on or before 10th November 2025.

Rules:

• This is a solo event
• Duration: 2 minutes
• The participant will be assigned 2–3 emotions (e.g., joy, anger, fear, surprise, sorrow, pride, etc.)
• The judges may call out “switch” at random, and the participant must instantly shift to the next assigned emotion.
• Performances should be original/impromptu. Pre-scripted monologues are allowed but must adapt to emotion switches smoothly.
• Any language can be used, but offensive/derogatory content is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must maintain dignity and avoid inappropriate gestures or language.
• Judge’s decision will be final.
