Theme: Operation Sindhoor

This year, the theme of Sargam 2025 – National Level Inter-Collegiate Cultural Fest is “Operation Sindhoor”, which draws deep inspiration from the valor, dedication, and selfless service of the Indian Army.

In the context of our fest, “Operation Sindhoor” symbolizes not just the auspicious color of tradition but also the spirit of courage, sacrifice, and patriotism demonstrated by our soldiers. Much like Sindhoor holds a sacred place in Indian culture, signifying strength and auspiciousness, the operation metaphorically honors the numerous military operations where the Indian Army has displayed extraordinary bravery to protect our nation’s integrity and sovereignty.

Every day, thousands of Indian soldiers stand at the borders, facing harsh conditions and unimaginable challenges, to safeguard our country’s peace and security. They sacrifice their personal comforts and even their lives so that we may live with freedom and dignity.

Through this theme, Sargam 2025 seeks to remind all participants and attendees of the profound contribution of our armed forces. It is a call to honor their relentless spirit by showcasing our own talents in music, dance, drama, fine arts, and literary arts with passion, discipline, and dedication – values upheld by our army.

Let us unite under the powerful ethos of “Operation Sindhoor”, celebrating creativity while paying homage to those who sacrifice everything for the nation’s pride and future.
